White’s 2010 summer menu is bursting with fresh ingredients and
HOMEGROWN flavours – Hawke’s Bay lamb, Farm Gate chicken,
venison, Leigh snapper, Marlborough clams, green-lipped mussels, accompanied
with seasonal vegetables and enhanced by local herbs.
